Policies & responsibility
Privacy policy
How information submitted through this corporate website is intended to be handled.
This proposed policy describes the website implementation. Telqiva must confirm the actual processing practices, retention schedule, applicable rights, and service-provider arrangements before adopting it. It is not a finalized legal notice.
Draft prepared: November 2, 20261. Scope and contact
This draft concerns the corporate website of Telqiva LLC, located in Wisconsin, United States. It covers business contact, partnership, service, and general talent inquiries submitted through this website. Service-specific agreements may require separate privacy terms.
Privacy questions can be directed to imtiaz@telqiva.com. Do not send sensitive personal data when making a general inquiry.
2. Information you choose to provide
Inquiry forms request a name, business email address, country, company information where relevant, and the details needed to understand the request. Partnership and service forms may also request a website, service category, estimated volume, or technical requirements. Talent inquiries may include a professional profile or portfolio link.
Only fields needed for the selected inquiry are required. Please avoid submitting identification documents, payment details, passwords, API credentials, or personal data belonging to other people.
3. Intended purposes
Information submitted through the forms is intended to be used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, discuss a possible business relationship, coordinate a requested service, and maintain relevant business correspondence. A talent inquiry is intended for an initial discussion of professional experience and possible future suitability.
The website does not automatically subscribe form submitters to promotional email lists. Any separate marketing program must establish its own appropriate permission and disclosures.
4. Delivery and service providers
The form implementation uses Resend when email delivery is configured. Website hosting and, when configured, Upstash Redis rate limiting may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. These providers, their actual configurations, processing locations, and contractual safeguards must be reviewed before launch.
Inquiry information is transmitted when you submit the form. The website is designed to send it to a configured business mailbox. Access to that mailbox and any downstream records should be restricted to people who need the information for the relevant purpose.
5. Cookies and analytics
This implementation does not include an advertising tracker or analytics platform and does not set an optional analytics or advertising cookie. Browser features necessary for the page to operate may still be used. Hosting or security infrastructure may process connection information according to its configuration.
If analytics, remarketing, embedded media, or other optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any consent controls must be updated before the feature is enabled.
6. Technical protection and security
The application validates inquiry fields, checks for automated submissions, and supports rate limiting. For abuse prevention, the application derives a hashed identifier from the network address and uses short-lived, ten-minute request counters. If Upstash Redis is configured, those hashed identifiers and counters are processed by that service. No security control can eliminate all risk.
Confidential operational data should be shared only through a separately agreed secure channel. A public inquiry form is not intended for sensitive transfers.
7. Retention and information requests
A specific retention schedule has not been approved for this draft. Before launch, Telqiva should define how long business and talent inquiries are retained, who reviews them, and how deletion is handled across mailboxes and service providers.
You may contact imtiaz@telqiva.com to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. The applicable response process, verification requirements, legal exceptions, and any jurisdiction-specific rights require confirmation during legal review.
8. Third-party communication channels
Links to Microsoft Teams and Telegram take you to services operated by other organizations. Information you share there is also subject to those services’ terms and privacy practices. Use the communication channel appropriate for the information you wish to share.
9. Children and changes
The website is intended for business audiences and is not designed to solicit information from children. Any future change in audience or processing practices should trigger a review of this policy.
The finalized policy should identify its effective date and the process used to communicate material changes.
