Carrier connectivity

Wholesale Voice Connectivity for Global Business

Voice termination, SIP interconnection, and routing coordination shaped around your commercial and operational requirements.

Telecommunications & Messaging

The opportunity

Built on clear requirements. Connected by expertise.

Bring structure to your international voice requirements. Telqiva supports business discussions around wholesale voice termination, SIP trunking, and carrier-to-carrier cooperation, with an emphasis on clear onboarding, route evaluation, capacity planning, and practical quality review.

What we can help with

Capabilities that move your business forward.

Every engagement starts with your requirements. Scope, availability, and delivery responsibilities are agreed together.

01

International termination

Assess destination requirements, traffic profiles, commercial terms, and available termination arrangements before defining an engagement.

02

SIP trunking & interconnection

Coordinate signaling, codecs, addressing, IP allowlists, and interoperability requirements between participating systems.

03

Routing architecture

Plan routing priorities, failover expectations, destination policies, and change procedures appropriate to the agreed infrastructure.

04

Capacity planning

Discuss concurrent call needs, traffic distribution, expected peaks, and expansion requirements without assuming unverified capacity.

05

Quality monitoring

Review call completion, duration, setup delay, signaling behavior, and relevant customer observations together.

06

Technical onboarding

Establish test cases, escalation paths, operational contacts, and documentation before production traffic is considered.

Understanding route quality

Better decisions start with context.

These indicators help frame an operational review. They must be interpreted together and against comparable traffic.

ASR

Answer Seizure Ratio

The percentage of call seizures that receive an answer signal during a defined interval. Destination behavior, busy subscribers, and unanswered calls influence this ratio alongside network factors.

ACD

Average Call Duration

The total connected duration divided by the number of answered calls in the measured group. Traffic purpose and caller behavior matter when comparing the average across routes.

PDD

Post-Dial Delay

The time between completed dialing and the receipt of call progress, such as a ringback tone. Agree measurement boundaries and compare like-for-like destinations before drawing conclusions.

Definitions informed by ITU-T E.425 and the NCC quality-of-service definitions. These are explanations, not Telqiva performance commitments.

How we work

A considered path from conversation to delivery.

01

Scope the traffic

Identify destinations, traffic sources, signaling requirements, and commercial priorities.

02

Plan the interconnect

Document technical dependencies, routing policies, security controls, and capacity assumptions.

03

Test the route

Review interoperability and call behavior using a mutually agreed test plan.

04

Review & optimize

Compare observed performance with the traffic profile and investigate exceptions.

Can you guarantee ASR, ACD, or PDD?

No universal performance metrics are promised on this website. Results depend on destinations, caller behavior, traffic mix, downstream networks, and the specific route. Any service targets require an explicit written agreement.

What is needed for SIP onboarding?

An initial discussion typically covers signaling endpoints, supported codecs, authentication or IP restrictions, numbering formats, expected traffic, and test contacts. Sensitive configuration is exchanged through an agreed secure channel.

How is voice quality evaluated?

Call completion and signaling indicators are considered alongside media quality, destination mix, and user feedback. A single metric cannot establish the overall quality of a route.

Responsible business, by design.

All voice cooperation requires lawful traffic, accurate caller identity where required, respect for numbering rules, and appropriate authorization. Route availability, capacity, and service commitments are confirmed individually. Read our acceptable use policy.
